WHAT DISH CAN NGOC LINH GINSENG BE USED TO MAKE? (Lesson 2)
1. GINSENG Smoothie
Prepare materials:
• 2 bananas
• 60 g Ngoc Linh ginseng
• 500 ml unsweetened fresh milk
• 200 g unsweetened yogurt
• 23 tablespoons of honey
• Ice cubes/ if adding ice, reduce 150ml of milk
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare ingredients and slice bananas and ginseng
Step 2: Put all ingredients in blender and puree
Finally, pour the ginseng smoothie into a cup and enjoy!
2.. LEMON TEA WITH GINSENG
Prepare materials:
• 2 ginseng roots
• Lemon juice
• Honey
Instructions:
Step 1: Wash the ginseng, cut into small pieces, put in a cup and soak with honey for about 1 hour
Step 2: Slice the lemon thinly, put 1 or 2 slices in the cup at the bottom of the cup, then add honey and soaked ginseng, put ice on top, cut 1 lemon slice for decoration and 1 small ginseng to decorate as you like, day 1. Cooling cups are good for your health.
